✅ Rules & Regulations of Hostel
- ✔ If a student is absent continuously for more than 10 classes without information, his/her name will be struck off from the Register.
- ✔ Students have to abide by the rules and regulations framed by the Institute.
- ✔ Students are to be present in their prescribed uniform.
- ✔ Students are subjected to high discipline.
- ✔ Students are expected to observe norms of good behaviour.
- ✔ Students must be punctual and regular in their attendance.
- ✔ No student shall be allowed to appear at the final exam/All India Trade Test unless he has 80% attendance in his classes.
- ✔ A student must submit a written application for leave.
- ✔ Fees once paid are not refundable.
- ✔ A student must clear all dues (fees etc.) before submission of final examination form.
- ✔ All prerequisite equipment and tool kits for practicals are supplied by the Institute.
- ✔ Students should not attempt to rectify any problem in the workshop on their own, but bring it to the notice of the staff.
- ✔ Disciplinary action will be taken against students involved in illegal or unauthorized activities in the Institute.
- ✔ Students must pay for any damage caused to institute property.
- ✔ Students should behave in a disciplined manner during their stay at the Hostel.
- ✔ Students should maintain cleanliness and not disfigure walls, doors, or windows.
- ✔ Students are not allowed to sit on the parapet of the hostel building.
- ✔ Students should take care of their personal belongings; no one else will be responsible for loss or damage.
- ✔ Students should not misuse electric power by using irons or extending light points.
- ✔ Written permission from the hostel superintendent is required before leaving the hostel beyond class hours.
- ✔ Students must remain inside their rooms from 7pm to 9.30pm to maintain study hours.
- ✔ Mess dues must be deposited before the 10th of the current month; otherwise meals will be stopped.
- ✔ Lady guests may stay for one or two days a month with written permission of the hostel superintendent.
- ✔ Students may go to the market with their guardian as per authority’s time limit and permission.
- ✔ Students are not allowed to go outside the campus without permission.
- ✔ Mobile phones are not allowed after 10pm in the Hostel.
- ✔ Mobile phones are restricted under hostel rules.
- ✔ Students may meet their guardian only on Sundays from 4pm to 6pm after submitting a leave application.
- ✔ Students are not allowed to take meals outside the ITI campus during training.
