It is the only Govt. ITI of Angul district, with 11 different popular trades and 48 units at present ,having good employment opportunities.This institute is also imparting short term courses like MES programme,CNC programming and training to the land oustees of nearby industries with the help of 46 faculty members and 22 non teaching and supporting staff.Institute Management Committee:-Our ITI has been upgraded to Centre of Excellence in Production & Manufacturing Sector from 2006-07 session. The IMC of this institute has the Local industrial members like NTPC, INDFAB, SAKTI SUGURS etc with NALCO, ANGUL as Chairman. The IMC supervises all activities of the institute.

The main objective of this institution is to impart quaity training in the followimg schemas:- –

• ✔Skills upgradation training under SCVT Orissa Sponsored by

• ✔Skil Upgradation Training under SCVT approved by OSFDC Orissa
• ✔ITI Training under SCVT pattern favouring the need of NALCO, NTPC,TTPS BSSL and other industries of locality.
